This is the final work I created for a custom order of mugs inspired by Mug 54 (bottom right photo). I first tested the glaze technique on Mug 63 to see how well I could repeat Mug 54. This final set is even slightly different from the test mug.
Somehow the glaze broke more at the rim of this final set, creating this golden rim look. I'm really digging this effect, but of course can't expect that I can recreate it exactly again.
