You might be surprised to know that only two glazes were used for this piece. I first dipped the bottom 2/3 at an angle in sandy's green. Then I dipped the top 1/3 in amber glaze crossing over the sandy's green glaze. The chemical reaction between the two glazes creates the deep amber color. This is one of my favorite glaze combinations.
