The plan was to fire this mug first in oxidation and then in reduction. However, I put too much glaze which caused it to drip all the way down to the kiln shelf and get stuck. If I fired this a second time, the glaze would probably continue running down and stick to the kiln shelf again.
A machine was used to sand down the glaze on the bottom where it stuck to the kiln.
